  2. Yeah, the okra is way too big and tough. But this is my secret plot against okra, which is about the only food on the planet earth that I detest with a huge detestest. So, it’s R.’s okra, and I just tend to ignore, and it just tends to overgrow, and I just tend to smile as a result…!

  4. Oh my gosh, look all of those! I’d love to come over for a blt! Yummy, yummy, and more yummy. My grandmother and her sister always canned their tomatoes and lordy did their canned tomatoes make the best mac and tomatoes.

  6. Loverly - do you have a dehydrator? You could make your own sundried tomatoes. I did that one year - with a very good harvest (one of the ones that I actually religiously watered as needed). That was the bomb!!!! Muy recommended!!

    PS - I KNEW that AMama would have some sort of okra solution…..
