Your last rain was on my birthday - 1/31. Makes me feel special. Rain rain rain rain. There, that's my rainsong. Pretty, huh? And creative, too. I'm anxiously awaiting your deluge post!

Hmmm....tinny eh? Disappears on your tongue and in your mouth with a pull? I could smell it now if it weren't for the weird taste of enfamil in my mouth (I suppose I'll be learning what that is soon enough eh?).

And I'm assuming the soy formula was *not* so tasty in the coffee?! Oh dear...!

Oh, that Enfamil incident was a good belly laugh (with you, not at you, of course). I'm still holding out for The Rains (not just another piddle) to come today - fingers crossed.

Oh, that's just very disappointing. Very. Nothing worse than thinking you're getting RAIN, only to have drops that you can count.

We've gotten more than you, but that's not saying much. This a.m., out in the office parking lot, we were looking at the huge, grim, black clouds and saying, "YES! This is IT!" An hour later, were those clouds there? No. But there's lots of moisture around, and it's been nice and rainy on the eastern portion of the Mogollon Rim, so things are building up. I think the Valley of Death meteorologists are expecting today to be the "official" start of monsoon for them. If there's no rain, though, "official" start be damned...

Aha! Hell yeah, it counts! Just call me the rainmaker!

It's because I'm grew up in Oregon. Northwesterners know their rain!

Now - on to the deluge!

I'm waiting on what looks to be a huge thunderstorm here in NY at this very moment.

Wishing you wetness!
