Though by default I am now on the outside looking in... it's for the best. However, I am caught nodding my head in agreement to the blogs I choose to read, my list is like yours.

I read the intellectual bloggers, the people I don't agree with, who's life experiences do not mimic mine, who make me think and in the end who more often than not broaden my perspective and make me so much less narrowminded than I might have been otherwise.

My other choice? The story. I like a story. It's why I connected so hard and fell so far from one online connection that to this day I still miss. I am not interested in fly by night, in just saying yes. I man enamoured by the pull, the connections, the links of life.

The eye candy... I used to read (look at the pictures!) them, but no longer. I find my need to be fulfilled, to broaden my horizons, far outweighs the time I am willing to commit online.

Take care, I'm missing you from our online connection.

Wow, you have sort of put into eloquent words what has been sort of swimming (drowning) around in my mind for several months. Very interesting. Thanks for putting it up.

I just had to buy a new pair of tweezers, as mine had become very dull.

You're not sure why your blog teeters on baby-candy once in awhile? Two words...... The Bee. I'm so in love with that girl. I must admit, I get a little pissy when you don't post a slew of photos for us. So not right, but there ya have it.

Seriously though Linda, you're such an eloquent writer, I'm so glad to be able to follow along. And will forever be greatful to A. Mama for turning me on to you.

So glad to be a part of your circle. You, your story and your poems have enriched my life. This post has also given me the push to post one on my blog that I have been sitting on for a long time. Thanks for encourageing me when you didn't even know you were.

I feel honored to be part of your blog family, Sbird. I'm delighted that you are part of mine. I want to follow your Story for the rest of my life, Toots. Easier to do with Bloglines, isn't it? (Ahem). Yep, I remember your rant and when I was reading it - way back when - I thought to myself "Let's see how long she holds out..." I can't imagine not having it now. You? kisses to y'all.

Very nicely said. I think your blog does an excellent job of doing all three of the things that you read for. And the baby candy is so good that Spike walked up to me today and said, "Can we look at more pictures of Emme Lu?"
